21.11.2009 saturday. Kami bertolak ke Janda Baik, Bentong untuk menghadiri perkahwinan saudara di Janda Baik Bentong, is a very nice place and the weather is quite cold especially during this rainy season. 10 years ago it was even colder than now.
Pada awalnya kami hanya ingin menumpang tidur di rumah saudara yang ada di sana. Memandangkan telah ramai ahli keluarga yang lain menumpang di sana kami telah mengambil keputusan untuk tinggal di one of the lodge by the river side di sana. This place just completed this year. Al-Sakinah Riverlodge owned by En. Arifin dan Pn. Rusmah. They're very friendly couple. We felt very comfortable during our stay there.
Tempat ini didirikan dengan baik sekali di tepi jeram yang sejuk airnya. The room rate is reasonable RM140 / RM160 (weekends) which have 6 beds and individual toilet and bath. No aircond ( we don't need it here) and no TV. It is really a good place utk berehat dan menenangkan jiwa dari kesibukan kota di samping boleh bermandi-manda. A small group seminar juga blh diadakan di sini. You wont regret it if you stay here. The food is very delicious and tasty. You can view some of the picture.
